Ponga (Asturias), 13th August, Spain The council of Ponga was declared a Natural Park in 2003 in order to preserve its towns, its forests, its rivers, its mountains and its people. One of the treasures that Ponga hides between its high "walls" is the town of Víboli, a place hanging from the mountain and anchored in time that preserves its rural architectural heritage consisting of a small church, three mills and an old light factory that are testimony in stone of an active past -not too distant- in this town.
