Well that is what we hope, we gave great thought to this, I believe the penalties are sufficient the power we have to impose prison sentences or detention sentences, are sufficient in themselves, because the fines we have imposed we felt were sufficient even to hurt, shall we say the most careless of those hooligans, shall I say, that we had here, after all 'a350, 'a375 is a reasonable amount for them to find and to suffer from:(Q:Would you wish for any other powers do you think?) I wouldn't say that we would wish for any increase in the financial, monetary penalty or the power to impose higher sentences, I have advocated for some time, I believe that if it were possible to disqualify them from driving these scooters or motor- bikes, which I look upon in some way as a defensive weapon, it's what they use to get here, to indulge in this riotous destructive behaviour, if we could deprive them of these weapons, shall I put it that way:
