Horsemeat Could be dangerous in the food chain

The escalation in the horse meat beef crisis has prompted the Food Standards Agency to order all food companies to test their beef products. But while it insisted that there is unlikely to be any health issue with frozen food - it is still far from clear how horse meat got into the food chain. And that has raised questions about the safety of the products - as our health correspondent Thomas Moore explains.
