BATTAMBANG, CAMBODIA - 2003/08/01: About five years ago a child trafficker bought this girl from her parents and sold her to Thailand. There, she was forced to sell flowers on Bangkok's streets. She was electrocuted if she didn't work. She now lives at Homeland because she no longer remembers where her family lives in Cambodia. Homeland NGO is a halfway house for trafficked kids, abandoned kids and orphans leaving lives on the streets or in brothels. The group tries to find the kids new, safer lives. Many of the children they help are those who have returned from Thailand where they were forced to sell flowers and trinkets on the streets.
