SHAFTSBURY, VERMONT - AUGUST 4: An employee moves a tray of fresh green house tomatoes at the Clear Brook Organic Farm August 4, 2011 in Shaftsbury, Vermont. The 200-plus acre farm was started in 1995 by Andrew Knafel. To qualify as an organic farm, Clear Brook Farm uses no synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides or seeds treated with synthetic fungicides.
