Turner (1775-1851) and The opening of Waterloo Bridge (ÒWaterloo Bridge, from the Whitehall Stairs, 18th June 1817) by John Constable (1776-1837), in, are-telling of one of the most legendary events in the history of the Summer Exhibition, it toke place at the Royal Academy of Arts.
