(Original Caption) WASHINGTON-11/20/67-: The National Organization for Women (NOW) announced at its second annual National Conference today that it has adopted a "Bill of Rights for Women in 1968" to be presented to all political parties and candidates in the coming election year. NOW, which was founded to work for "full equality for women, in truly equal partnership with men," reelected Dr. Kathryn F. Clarenbach (left) of the University of Wisconsin as chairman of the board, and author Betty Friedan of New York (right) as president.
