Hemp a hot new crop in Maine
BENTON, ME - JUNE 14: Zak Lee lifts hemp clones from a wheel barrow in pereparation fro planting. The farm is growing about 300 organic hemp plants this year. And they aren't the only ones. The organic crop, which will be largely used for medicinal edibles that come without the high of marijuana, was a micro crop last year, with only about an acre in production in the whole state. This season, that number is up to about 500 acres. (Staff photo by Ben McCanna/Portland Portland Press Herald via Getty Images)
