An absolutely drenched little Noisy Miner bird (Manorina melanocephala) perched on a piece of rusted old iron railing in attempts to avoid the endlessly teeming rain by utilising the wide banister just above its adorable head as an umbrella, smart boid. These birds are endemic to Australia and are all too often mistakenly identified as pests. These adorable honeyeaters are incredibly noisy and are a protected species in all states of Australia.
