Chrysaora fuscescens
Jellyfish classified as "sea nettles" are distinctive for their reddish color and and golden-brown bell and are found most common in the eastern Pacific Ocean. They are popular in aquariums for their easy maintenance and interesting colors. Their trailing tentacles and spiraling oral arms can reach up to 15 feet. Their genus name is derived form Chrysaor, son of Poseidon and Medusa.
