Rome, Italy - January 30, 2016: inside the Lateran Baptistery is conserved this fresco painting representing the Holy Cross that the emperor Constantine I (on the left side) - also called the Constantine the Great - saw before the Battle of the Milvian Bridge where he fought against Maxentius. Near the cross, the Greek saying "in this sign you will conquer". The painter is Giacinto Gemignani (1605-1681).
