<< VOICED: Drone pilots could soon have to sit a test before taking to the skies, as part of new legislation to increase control over the devices.
The draft bill would give police new powers to crackdown on illegal use - but would also pave the way for new drone technology which could see them used on oil rigs, in construction, for organ transport and parcel deliveries.
