Madrid, 22 Feb (EFE) (Camera: Raul Garcia).- Microsoft co-founder and co-chairman of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Bill Gates, is in the Spanish capital Madrid for a visit in which he is to urge the country's new government to maintain Spain's reputation as one of the world's most generous donor countries despite the current economic crisis. Gates began the day with a visit to Madrid's central Plaza Mayor, where he met with the leaders of several NGOs and was greeted with a huge circular banner reading, "Spain Saves Millions of Lives".
