Semi Truck Fire in Seminole County

On August 6, 2025, at around 1 AM, fire departments from Seminole County, Lake Mary, and Sanford responded to a semi-truck fire on the westbound lane of Interstate 4, just north of E.E. Williamson Rd. Upon arrival, first responders found the vehicle heavily engulfed in flames. The fire was eventually controlled after several hours of effort, which also involved managing a diesel fuel leak. One lane of the Interstate was subsequently reopened. The incident occurred near 1645 E.E. Williamson Rd, Longwood, FL.
